Tertia Roma delenda est

Αν δεν καταστραφεί πλήρως η τρίτη ρωμαϊκή αυτοκρατορία, όπως και οι δύο προηγούμενες, τα ανεξάρτητα έθνη θα βρεθούν σε πολύ δύσκολη θέση.

Η ιδέα της εθνικής ανεξαρτησίας στην Ευρώπη καταρρακώθηκε από την γαλλο-γερμανική αυτοκρατορία=ΕΕ. Τώρα καταρρακώνεται από την νέα ρωσσική αυτοκρατορία.

Στο ρωσσικό αυτοκρατορικό λεξιλόγιο «Πρώτη Ρώμη» είναι η Ρώμη στην Ιταλία, «Δεύτερη Ρώμη» είναι η Κωνσταντινούπολη στην βυζαντινή αυτοκρατορία.

Ο όρος "Τρίτη Ρώμη" χρησιμοποιείται για να εκφράσει τους ρωσσικούς ισχυρισμούς περί νομίμου αυτοκρατορικής διαδοχής. Αποσκοπεί στην αναβίωση της βυζαντινής αυτοκρατορίας με έδρα την Μόσχα.
