The hypocrisy of the Western narrative regarding the Russian invasion of Ukraine

The Western narrative about the Russian invasion of Ukraine, as a foundation for activating Western defensive reflexes, presupposes a host of tacit assumptions: the perpetual expansion of NATO, the lack of a Russian sphere of influence, and of course, the non-existence of a Western military invasion of Ukraine.

Only in this way can Western invaders invoke the territorial integrity of Ukraine, the independence for which they are so passionately concerned, and for which they intend to sacrifice material resources and human lives.

This Western narrative assumes the tacit acceptance that the West has never invaded Ukraine or foreign territories such as Estonia, Romania, and others.

Reality lies in stark contrast to the Western narrative. The West has invaded all Eastern European states, but in a different manner.

The difference with the Russian invasion is that the Western military invasion is more refined and unfolds gradually.

First, through numerous NGOs, part of the target society’s political opinion is altered.

Then a color revolution follows, establishing a Western regime.

Finally, the new Western regime flings wide the doors of the country to allow Western troops to invade unhindered in the name of collective security, while domestic troops submit to and are assimilated into NATO.

Through this staged strategy, the West bypasses the bloody phase of direct confrontation that we now observe in Ukraine, because it first overturns the opposing regime, and then the new pro-Western regime calls for Western troops to invade unimpeded in the subdued country.

Thus, the Western military invasion of Eastern Europe is presented as voluntary cooperation, not as invasion.

We must admit that the almost bloodless Western military invasion of Eastern Europe renders it more invisible. It is an indirect and informal conquest. It is of a higher order in terms of political technology, more sophisticated compared to the clumsy Russian methods.

Russia carries out its invasions in an awkward and ungraceful manner because it has not developed a long-term plan for the overthrow of Western regimes using pro-Russian color revolutions.

In any case, the invasion of Western troops into countries surrounding Russia is an invasion, regardless of what the Western invaders may call it, and regardless of whether it is fragmented into different phases.
